Gross!

Kelly loves to put things in the trash.  I gave her a poopy diaper this morning and asked her to put it in the trash.  She walked down the hallway to the laundry room and I turned and went into the bathroom to brush my teeth.  A minute later, she came walking in to the bathroom with poop hanging from her chin and a piece in her hand.  She had opened up her diaper and tried the poop.  Gross!

When Jake was little, he collected dog poop from the yard when we weren't looking. And we once saw him tasting it. Well...I think Kelly's story is even more gross.

Jake's Ski School Graduation

Jake had ski school this year at Deer Valley with Juan.  Juan is from Argentina and Jake loved him.  He didn't know quite how to pronounce Juan - so it came out Kwan.  Jake went from skiing on green runs at the beginning to doing blue runs, tree trails, and hocky stops by the end of the program.  I am very proud of him, especially because he went with kids and a teacher that he did not know beforehand.  That is a big accomplishment for him with the shy stage that he is in right now. 

In the video, Jake is at the end of the class with the green balloon on his helmet.  Turn the volume down because there is some yelling from me and from Stevie.   Proud mom yelling from me and mad yelling from Stevie because I didn't see that Ruby the Raccoon was riding the chairlift.  She really didn't seem to care that Jake was skiing by at the same time.
